Are you looking for a new challenge in human resources? We offer you a timely employment opportunity with a renowned client near Dresden as an HR Controller (m/f/d).

Your future responsibilities include:

You will support the HR department in strategic HR work, particularly in the development and implementation of various data analysis and systems in the HR field
Monitoring HRrelated key figures and analyzing their interactions falls within your responsibilities
You will create recommendations for action and present your results to management
As part of projects (HR analytics, digitalization, etc.), you will maintain close collaboration across departments and the company and make an active conceptual contribution
Additionally, you will act as a contact person for data protection management and work with the external data protection officer

Your qualifications for this position are:

You have successfully completed a degree in business administration with a focus on controlling and finance or human resource management and have gained initial professional experience in the field of analytics and data management
Alternatively, you have completed a commercial apprenticeship and have several years of experience in HR controlling
Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and ERP systems (SAP)
Strong analytical thinking, a high affinity for numbers, and excellent presentation and communication skills are among your strengths
