Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist - Blum, United States - Aurora Technologies
Description
In our residential youth welfare facility, we offer a caring and familial community for 24 children and adolescents who are currently unable to live with their families. Our organizational culture is characterized by appreciation and diversity. We place great importance on respectful interaction and advocate for children's rights, child protection, and the participation of the young people entrusted to us.
For us, professional collaboration means regularly exchanging our attitudes and reflecting on our work methods. Personal and institutional development is also very important to us: we offer regular team and case supervision as well as in-house training and support you in participating in external training and further education.
In addition to a trusting and humorous team work with supportive leaders, we offer compensation according to the AVR.
For the opening of our trauma-pedagogical intensive residential group, we are looking for a child and adolescent psychotherapist with a workload of 30-50%.
The new residential group will accommodate six children between the ages of 6-11 who require intensive support due to traumatic experiences. A close connection between pedagogical and therapeutic support within the house is intended to help them stabilize. To ensure this throughout the entire process, there will be regular exchanges through joint team meetings and case discussions.
