The EDEKA-MIHA Real Estate Service GmbH is responsible for the entire real estate management of all properties and develops new retail locations - from planning and construction to new furnishings.

Expand our real estate expertise and strengthen our STORE CONSTRUCTION We are the contact for all furnishing-related topics.

Together with the expansion and real estate management as well as the teams from construction, technology, and service, we support EDEKA Minden-Hannover in all real estate matters.

Tasks we entrust to you:

You are responsible for coordinating, planning, controlling, organizing, and monitoring new furnishings, expansions, and renovations of EDEKA markets.
Project support and implementation are fully within your area of responsibility.
You will be involved in the creation of furnishing plans.
You coordinate plans with sales, independent retailers, store managers, and executing companies.
You obtain quotes while considering cost analysis.
You are responsible for the development and communication of furnishing schedules.
