Project Assistant in Customer Service (m/f/d).

Your tasks:

Order processing from order placement to invoicing:
- Acceptance of customer inquiries and orders
- Work preparations
- Purchasing / price determination
- Creation of service orders
- Invoicing
- Handling of complaints
Clarification of (commercial) customer inquiries regarding offers and invoices, organizational customer agreements
Commercial processing of service assignments and maintenance
Project coordination in your own area of responsibility
Support of office organization and correspondence.

Your profile:

Completed training in a commercial or technical profession
Professional experience in commercial project management
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Independent and responsible way of working, combined with a high level of customer orientation
Teamwork
