YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Booking of ongoing business transactions
- Processing of payments
- Responsibility for dunning and invoicing
- Participation in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements according to HGB
- Preparation of variance analyses, forecasts, adhoc evaluations, and liquidity planning
- Collaboration with internal departments, external service providers, and customers
- Further development of our processes and methods
WHY YOU ARE A GOOD FIT FOR US:
- First professional experience in the finance sector, ideally at a company in the IT or project environment
- Commercial education or a degree with a focus on finance and accounting
- Ability to analyze business processes and strong numerical understanding
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Good German language skills, both oral and written
