Your Responsibilities

  • Receiving and documenting requests and incidents from the PC and application environment of the Viega Group (on-site, via telephone, email, and ServiceNow)
  • Independently solving and monitoring requests and incidents, as well as troubleshooting and collaborating with 2nd level support
  • Integration of production systems and modules into company infrastructures, ensuring smooth operation of these systems with the IT components used
  • Installation of applications and Windows systems, as well as on-site support (e.g. setup, initial training, repairs, and relocations)
  • Participation in process optimization in the area of support structures and documentation of configuration changes and updates
  • Execution of defined backup and recovery processes for client and machine systems
  • Participation in maintenance and expansion of local network infrastructure (LAN, WLAN)
  • Participation in local IT projects

Your Profile

  • Successfully completed IT vocational training
  • Several years of professional experience in the IT department of a manufacturing company, as well as experience with integrating technical systems into IT infrastructures
