For our client, an established customer center with global locations and numerous awards, we are looking for several employees (m/f/d) for customer service in the energy provider sector in Woodlawn, IL - approximately 100 km radius around Potsdam.


Your responsibilities:


  • Clarification of payment discrepancies and deferral requests
  • Front and back office tasks
  • Recording and processing contract changes
  • Tariff consultation and optimization
  • Maintenance of master data
  • Clarification of invoice inquiries
  • Written correspondence

Your profile:


  • Professional experience in customer service (experience in retail is also welcome)
  • Excellent German language skills in both written and spoken form
  • Good PC skills (MS Office)
  • Proficiency in email communication
  • Affinity for numbers and creativity
  • Flexibility and reliability
