Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a working student (m/f/d) (approx. 10 hours/week) for our Human Resources department at our headquarters in Solingen, Germany.


Your tasks with us:


  • Administrative support for the HR team (certificates, correspondence, etc.)
  • Data maintenance in our personnel information system
  • Support in recruiting and processing temporary staff
  • Participation in current projects in the HR field
  • Document management
Qualifications

  • Ideally, first experiences through a focus on HR in studies or work experience as a working student or intern in the HR/personnel management field
  • Sociability in dealing with people
  • Availability for 612 months
  • High level of service orientation
  • Good knowledge of common Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Fluent communication in German and English
  • Commitment, reliability, independent work, and enjoyment of teamwork are a given for you
