At our location in Munich, in the factory of a large automotive manufacturer, we are looking for a full-time employee to join our team.

Your mission will be to ensure and maintain the technical building management services, with a focus on electrical and electronic systems, as well as heating, ventilation, and air conditioning.

Your tasks will include obtaining quotes and preparing materials, as well as leading a team of approximately five employees, including personnel planning and ensuring workplace safety.

You will also be responsible for creating monthly reports and organizing regular meetings with the client.


To be successful in this role, you should have a background in electrical work, such as being an electrician, electronics technician, or plant mechanic, or have a similar qualification.

You should also have knowledge of technical building management and general maintenance, as well as experience working with MS Office and an ERP system.

Previous experience in this field is also preferred.
