Start Date:
As soon as possible, temporary for the duration of a sick leave replacement, maximum of 12 months

Workload:
Part-time, 50% of regular weekly working hours


The Human Resources department provides services and support in all areas of personnel work for the institutions of the university and its employees: from personnel services to job management to personnel development.

The personnel services include two divisions with a total of six teams, which are primarily responsible for all matters related to the employment of academic staff as well as technical, administrative, and library staff.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage, support, and advise student employees and tutors on all social and labor law issues, taking into account the specific regulations of the university and using the personnel accounting system KoPers
  • Prepare monthly salary statements on time
  • Independently create employment contracts after reviewing the factual and legal situation
  • Maintain personnel files of employees and monitor contract and accountingrelated deadlines and changes

Requirements:

  • Completed training in a clerical, commercial, or administrative profession (ideally with a focus on personnel)

Preferred skills and personal qualities:

  • Professional experience in personnel administration and payroll, preferably in the public sector
  • Knowledge of labor law, social security law (
