Your tasks
> Professional and disciplinary management of approximately 30 employees in the sales department (inside sales, outside sales, shipping)
> Operational sales activities, particularly negotiating extensive projects and maintaining partnerships with customers
> Design and implementation of a market- and target group-oriented sales strategy
> Development of international markets, tapping into growth potentials, and identifying potential new sales partners
> Support in developing further applications for our products and optimizing them

Your profile
> Successfully completed technical or commercial studies or a comparable education, as well as several years of solid professional experience in the field of mechanical engineering
> Leadership experience and several years of international expertise in sales, after-sales, or project management
> Process knowledge and practical experience in the
