pm Monday through Friday.

Our Custodians will keep buildings in orderly condition and ensures everything runs smoothly by preforming a variety of routine cleaning and maintenance tasks.

We are seeking multiple individuals to join our in-house team. Our campus consists of 4 corporate buildings geographically located on the south-side of Madison, WI

Want to play key role in the maintenance of a multi building campus on the south side of Madison, WI
Enjoy keeping facilities in clean enjoyable condition.
Can utilize basic cleaning equipment and supplies in an office and print center production environment.
Can collect and empty trash and recycling
Can manage inventory of cleaning supplies.
Like challenges of assisting with maintenance activities from time to time.
Would like opportunities to work outside on occasion cleaning snow and debris from building entrances.
Can drive vehicles required to perform or travel to our facilities, this could include industrial trucks, vans, or industrial vacuum cleaners.

Minimum Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to stand, walk, and bend for many hours.
Ability to lift up to 50 regularly to fulfill work functions.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a highly compliant and secure environment.
Knowledge of standard cleaning methods and procedures.

Hourly Rate of Pay
- $19.00 ~ $20.00/hour

The base pay offered for this position may vary within the posted range based on your jobrelated knowledge, skills, and experience._
