Your responsibilities

You ensure that our company can grow financially, allowing us to fulfill all our financial and legal obligations and tap into further potential.

Design and responsibility for the areas of finance, accounting, reporting, and controlling
Leading financial planning and budget processes

Member of the management team and potentially authorized to represent the company

Controlling, monitoring, and providing key figures to optimize processes

Business modeling; analysis and evaluation of future development opportunities
Interface to the controlling departments of our parent companies

Management of external service providers, including tax consultants, authorities, and auditors

Your profile
Degree in economics or business administration, or alternatively, a qualification as a certified accountant

Relevant professional experience and leadership experience

Knowledge of relevant accounting standards (HGB and IFRS)

Versatile experience in data-driven result optimization, e.g. from a controlling or auditing perspective

Practical experience in evaluating extensive data sources using common analysis tools

Ability to design and implement a solid reporting system

Negotiation skills in both
