To strengthen our team, we are currently seeking a competent support in the area of marketing/customer relationship management in Sheboygan, WI as a maternity leave replacement with the possibility of permanent employment.

Your new tasks.

  • Project planning and implementation of CRM projects/customer experience
  • Support and consultation for retail companies
  • Participation and management of customerspecific campaigns (content management, multichannel marketing)
  • KPI monitoring/quality assurance
  • Support for project managers
  • Project organization and coordination of project progress
  • Correspondence with service providers

Your skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar, or a commercial apprenticeship
  • Approximately 1 year of professional experience, ideally in a similar position
  • Strong affinity for numbers and abstraction
  • Structured, reliable, careful, and conscientious work style
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Willingness to work in an agile team structure
  • Strong team player
  • Independent and responsible work style
