We are currently looking for an IT Administrator 2nd Level Support & Software Distribution (m|f|d) to join our IT department at Elmwood Park as soon as possible. As part of our team, you will support us in providing comprehensive IT workstations and mobile devices for the company.

What you will be working on:

Software distribution and second-level support for users to ensure IT operations
Provision of workstations for our internal customers
Handling of incidents and requests in ServiceNow
Participation in projects for the further development of the digital workplace

What you bring to the table:

Several years of professional experience in the field of Windows PCs and user support, with the ability to stay calm under pressure
Good knowledge in the areas of software distribution, patch management, and related technologies
Knowledge of Matrix42 Empirum or other software distribution systems such as InTune or SCCM, as well as experience in deploying Windows operating systems (OS Deployment Windows 10 and 11) is advantageous
Ideally, you have experience in creating silent setups with common software installers for
