In the DACH region, we have 14 locations and nearly 2500 colleagues. We are currently looking for a HR Business Partner (m/w/d) at our Langenhagen location (remote work possible, hybrid).

As a HR Business Partner (m/w/d), you will be a sparring partner for our managers in all areas of HR work.

Professionally and solution-oriented, you will contribute to the development and expansion of effective organizational structures and support the business's growth goals.

Responsibilities:
Sparring partner and advisor to managers on various strategic and operational HR topics, as well as comprehensive support Point of contact for all employees and managers regarding collective bargaining, works council, labor law, and personnel management issues Responsible for HR projects and support, as well as initiation of change management processes Successful collaboration with the works council, shaping and negotiating works agreements in coordination with relevant stakeholders
