Our client has specialized in sustainable cosmetics "Made in Europe" for over 20 years. As part of their internationalization strategy, they are now aiming to conquer Germany. Here, you have the opportunity to join a team of five people.

Your mission:

In close collaboration with the Country Manager, your main task will be to intensify sales activities in the areas between Munich and Nuremberg.

This includes:

Proactively acquiring new customers through various communication channels.
Efficiently managing and continuously optimizing existing customer relationships, including comprehensive support, training, and merchandising.
Assisting in the implementation of sales strategies for retail companies under the guidance of the Head of Sales.
Bringing innovative ideas in terms of business aspects such as merchandising, trade marketing, promotions, and product positioning.

Your profile:

You are fluent in German (C1-C2) and proficient in English or French.
Ideally, you have completed vocational training and have some experience in sales, but this is not a mandatory requirement.
Good communication skills and a hands-on mentality.
