'We are looking for an
assistant (m/f/d) to join our childcare facility "Himmelsleiter" in Seifersdorf, starting on The position is part-time (20 hours/week) and will be temporary until , as it is a replacement for a sick leave.

Responsibilities:

Assisting with hikes and outings
Supervising nap and rest time
Supporting the team in daily tasks and activities

Requirements:

Experience in educational work with children aged 16 is desired
Flexibility within opening hours, especially in the afternoon shift
Working hours are usually on a weekly rotation, from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm
Empathy and a respectful attitude
Good communication and teamwork skills
Identification with the goals and mission of Diakonie Dresden
