YOUR ROLE:


  • Analyze, visualize, and communicate insights from our experimental data
  • Develop strong experimental protocols to improve our ability to model RNA
  • Create tools and pipelines to ensure the quality of our generated data
  • Collaborate with a diverse team to incorporate insights from experimental design, machine learning, and molecular biology into our protocols and models
  • Embody our vision of an interdisciplinary environment and be open to learning about new areas outside of your expertise
  • Work with team members from different backgrounds to design innovative and scalable experiments that solve complex problems in biology and computation

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:


  • Strong understanding of statistical data analysis and experimental design principles
  • Proficient in computational skills, preferably in Python, for practical statistical analysis
  • Ability to effectively communicate statistical information to a diverse audience
  • Familiarity with best engineering practices for reproducibility and version control
  • Problemsolving mindset with a passion for finding creative solutions to complex problems
  • Ability to communicate technical and scientific concepts to team members from various backgrounds
