Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Personal Banking Representative.

As a Personal Banking Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and assisting them with their banking needs.

Duties:


  • Assist customers with various banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
  • Open new accounts and assist customers with account maintenance
  • Provide information on financial products and services to customers
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Utilize 10key typing skills to input customer information and process transactions
  • Upsell additional banking products and services to customers
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving any issues or concerns promptly

Experience:


  • Previous experience in cash handling or financial services is preferred
  • Knowledge of debits, credits, and basic accounting principles
  • Strong 10key typing skills with high accuracy
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Proven ability to upsell and crosssell financial products
  • Familiarity with loan processing and loan origination procedures
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues

Pay:
$25.00 per hour
