Your Responsibilities:

In collaboration with an experienced management team, you will lead approximately 25 employees
Conducting performance, tour, and shift planning, including managing absences
Close and trusting cooperation with other team leaders in the nursing service and acting as their representative in their absence
Conducting nursing visits and accompanying visits from the Medical Service
Ensuring high quality care for residents
Actively promoting quality management

Your Profile:

Qualification as a geriatric nurse (m/f/d) or health and nursing care nurse (m/f/d)
Solid nursing knowledge, preferably from the home care sector
Communication skills, decisionmaking ability, and organizational skills
Independent and structured work style with a strong team orientation
High IT affinity
