Residential buildings, industrial buildings, bridges - none of these structures would exist without steel and concrete. As a concrete and reinforced concrete builder, your daily work takes place mainly outdoors, where you create formwork and concrete components for buildings. Manual dexterity and basic mathematical knowledge are definitely advantageous for this apprenticeship. In addition to physical strength, you also need to use your brain.

A variety of tasks await you
  • Manufacturing of concrete and reinforced concrete components
  • Handling of state-of-the-art measuring and testing equipment
  • Production of formwork from wood or system components
  • Installation of formwork systems and reinforcement with reinforcing steel
  • Placement, compaction and post-treatment of concrete
  • Duration of apprenticeship: 3 years
