Your responsibilities

  • Provisioning and configuration of network components
  • Administration, support, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT systems
  • Ensuring the operation of our WAN through proactive monitoring and system scaling
  • Issuing orders to external service providers
  • Planning and implementation of customer projects
  • Occasional travel (USA + Sweden)

Your profile

  • Completed training as an IT system electronics technician, IT specialist for system integration, or a comparable IT education
  • Extensive professional knowledge in the IT field, as well as experience in documentation, software distribution, and remote support
  • Sound knowledge of network protocols (IPv4 + IPv6), routing, firewalls, and VPN
  • Several years of experience in heterogeneous networks (
