Returns Processing and Back Office Clerk (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities:
This position offers a diverse range of tasks, both in the warehouse and office. These include:
Returns processing
- Issuing credit notes for the German region
- Receiving and storing returns
- Preparing invoices for shipping
- Receiving and storing goods, and picking when necessary
- Assisting in quality management
Support in purchasing
- Entering delivery dates and sending inquiries
- Handing over company-owned property for company vehicles
- Corresponding with customers/dealers and tracking delivery dates
