Advising customers on the ordered goods through all our communication channels Processing customer inquiries via telephone, email, and live chat Monitoring incoming orders and ensuring timely communication with the customer to achieve high customer satisfaction Communication with suppliers Participation in projects within the scope of the field YOUR PREVIOUS CHARACTERISTICS Completed commercial or technical vocational training or comparable qualification Understanding of automotive technology and the desire to proactively develop, grow, and be part of a strong team Strong communication skills, organizational talent, and a strong customer and service orientation Structured, solution-oriented, and independent way of working Stress resistance and the ability to keep a "cool head" in a fast-paced and flexible environment Good knowledge of English, additional languages are an advantage Secure handling of MS Office programs desirable ABOUT US We offer interesting and challenging tasks in a modern and innovative company.
