Assistant to the Team Leader (m/f/d):


Your responsibilities:


  • Support in all phases of offer and order processing
  • Participation in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll accounting
  • Conducting preparatory tasks for statistics and evaluations
  • Handling correspondence with customers, service providers, and suppliers
  • Organizing events

Your qualifications:


  • Successfully completed commercial training
  • First professional experience in secretarial work is desirable
  • You work independently, reliably, and solutionoriented
  • You are open, communicative, and enrich our team
  • You are proficient in using MS Office programs and ideally have basic knowledge of SAP
