Job Title:
IT Strategist/Architect


Job Description:

As an IT Strategist/Architect at [Company Name], you will be responsible for establishing and executing the technology portfolio, vision, strategy, and roadmap.

You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to align technology initiatives with business goals, ensuring that our IT investments drive value and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate the technical architecture vision and strategy, creating portfoliolevel technical roadmaps.
• Collaborate with business partners to ensure that technology solutions meet current and future needs, aligning with the overall business strategy.
• Lead the development of SLAs (service level agreements) and ensure their fulfillment, working with Business Primes, Enterprise Architecture, and other stakeholders.
• Drive and communicate the overall architectural vision within project teams, ensuring alignment with project delivery objectives.
• Work across multiple technology components and development efforts to ensure scalability, maintainability, and consistency.
• Interact with senior management or executive levels to provide insights and recommendations on technology matters affecting various functional areas or departments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in IT strategy development, technical architecture, and roadmap creation.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
• Experience working within an IT organization, preferably in a leadership role.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and influence decisionmaking at all levels of the organization.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies.
• Proficiency in visualization tools for executive communications.
• Excellent problemsolving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
