Responsibilities:
- Telephone consultation and support for existing customers (B2B) regarding the use of real estate software
- Independent handling of customer inquiries via telephone and email
- Optional: Conducting online webinars and individual company trainings onsite with customers
Qualifications:
- Completed commercial training as a real estate clerk or similar
- First professional experience in real estate management (advantageous)
- Basic knowledge of property owners' associations (desirable)
- Knowledge of rental management, especially in creating utility cost statements and accounting
- Customeroriented, confident demeanor and strong communication skills
- Conceptual thinking and timely work style
- High motivation and strong performance orientation
