  • Your Responsibilities
  • Establish, maintain, and improve a fault management system related to the production of fire trucks
  • Roll out and track database entries to all relevant areas in production and sales
  • Ongoing analysis of internal quality control protocols, as well as protocols from external inspections and vehicle handovers, and service feedback
  • Support all departments in preventing faults
  • Regularly provide frequency analyses and cost evaluations
  • Collaboration with all internal departments and international group companies
  • Our Requirements
  • Completed technical education
  • More than 5 years of experience in a similar position
  • Strong affinity for IT systems and databases, enjoyment of working with numbers and evaluations
  • Interest in and enthusiasm for the topic of firefighting
  • Experience with orderbased individual production of similar products
  • Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Strong communication skills at all levels
  • High analytical skills
