Description

For over 100 years, GWG has been responsible for providing housing for the citizens of the city of Kassel and fulfilling its social mission for and on behalf of the city.

With over 8,300 residential units in the city and approximately 130 employees, we are the largest provider of housing in the city.

In addition, GWG is also involved in property development and various areas of urban development and building management. We are currently looking for a CUSTOMER ADVISOR / REAL ESTATE AGENT (M/F/D) for our customer service department.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will work as part of a team to manage a designated portfolio of properties and be responsible for maintenance, cleanliness, and order in our buildings and apartments.
You will be the first point of contact for our customers for all questions related to renting and living in our properties.
