Your tasks

  • You are responsible for the development and control of offers, orders, and additional cost calculations
  • You are responsible for work preparation
  • You work on special proposals and alternatives
  • You develop and update master data and key figures for calculations
  • You conduct price inquiries with subcontractors and support in contract negotiations

Your qualifications

  • You have a degree in civil engineering, architecture, or construction engineering
  • You have good knowledge in calculation and planning of complex construction projects
  • You have a confident appearance, negotiation skills, independence, and enjoy working in a team
  • You have a high level of technical and economic understanding
  • Knowledge of Lean Construction is desirable
