Description
"The Press Office is the voice of the district administration" - Florian Hiller, Head of Press Office. We are currently seeking a Deputy Press Officer (m/f/d) to join our team at Edgewood as soon as possible.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing the social media strategy for the district of Unterfranken
  • Monitoring and analyzing daily press for relevant content, creating press reports and providing press photos
  • Assisting in the preparation and organization of press conferences, interviews, and other media events, working closely with press, radio, and television
  • Writing speeches and greetings
  • Maintaining the central website for the main and social administration, improving its accessibility, and managing the Bayernportal
  • Training other administrators on the use of the content management system
