- Independent management of mixed real estate portfolios
- Independent management of condominium associations
- Preparation and processing of rental agreements and terminations
- Initial and subsequent rentals
- Organization and conduct of apartment viewings, inspections, and handovers
- Preparation of final statements and rental deposit payouts
- Personal, telephone, and written communication with property owners, tenants, caretakers, craftsmen, and authorities
- Arrangement of repair and maintenance work, monitoring, and invoice control
- Supervision of caretakers
- Implementation of rent adjustments
- Representation in conciliation bodies and rental courts
- Acting as a substitute and providing support for other management teams.
