Position Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic and dynamic individuals to join our customer service team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our valued customers. This role offers a flexible schedule, providing an excellent opportunity for students, recent graduates, or those seeking work-life balance.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide outstanding customer serviceperson interactions.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product/service information.
  • Process orders, and enrollments
  • Maintain a positive attitude and uphold company values in all interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure success and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is a plus.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in Maryland, USA.
