Your tasks

Planning and execution of new and renovation projects in the healthcare sector
HOAI basic services of performance phases 9, focus on phases 4
Planning and creation of 3D building models and project work processes in the field of Building Information Modeling (BIM)
Constructive collaboration with internal and external project team members and other stakeholders in the project
Fulfillment of tasks as a client
Project management/control in performance phases organization, costs, deadlines, quality)
Participation in the selection, management and contract processing of freelance offices and quality control of external architecture and specialist planning

Your profile

Completed (technical) university degree (diploma/bachelor) in architecture with a focus on design/construction/design
Passion for architecture and enjoyment of teamwork
Experience in moderating planning processes
Creativity with structured and independent work style
Knowledge of hospital construction and DIN desirable)
Knowledge in the field of visualization (desirable)
Knowledge and/or first experiences with BIM (Building Information Modeling) (desirable)
Proficient use of Office and CAD programs
Driver's license
