Responsibilities

These are the main tasks you can expect:
❖ Commercial, technical, and legal management of condominium communities according to the Condominium Act (WEG)

❖ Preparation, execution, and follow-up of owners' meetings and board meetings (including larger condominiums with more than 100 units)

❖ Implementation of decisions made by the condominium communities together with the team

❖ Handling day-to-day operations together with the team

❖ Preparation and execution of collection and legal proceedings

❖ Management and administration of employees of the condominium communities, such as caretakers and cleaning staff

❖ Preparation, commissioning, and execution of maintenance measures for common property

❖ Close and trusting cooperation with the administrative boards of the properties, conducting and answering questions during audits

❖ Regular inspections of managed properties
