DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with a Lead Installer to replumb existing drainage systems
  • Drain spot repair
  • Install drain clean outs
  • Excavate various locations to perform repairs
  • Ensure job site cleanliness and organization through all phases of the service process
  • Performs preventive maintenance
  • Provide service repair, installation and/or propose replacement of sewer line or drain line including but not limited to clogged drains, leaky pipes, water heaters, sewer mains, sump pump ejector, and effluent pumps, septic systems/fields, water purifiers
  • Efficiently manage his/her time and schedules

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work with high degree of integrity and promote positive company image
  • Analytical, Focused on Quality, and Resultsdriven
  • Ability to understand and follow oral and written directions
  • Ability to operate basic hand tools necessary for the craft
  • Excel within a team environment and willing to support all areas of our business
  • Satisfactory passing of mandatory preemployment drug screen and background check
  • Valid driver's license, with mínimal DMV infractions

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL EFFORT

  • The principle duties of this position are performed in a variety of environments, including customer homes, the outdoors, and field environments at development and work sites on uneven and rough terrain.
  • Required to work in outside weather conditions, including heat, cold, and temperature swings, for extended periods of time.
  • Experiences frequent interruptions; required to meet inflexible deadlines; requires concentration and attention to detail; requires a high level of organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Standing up to 8 hours per day; Walking up to 8 hours per day on uneven, difficult terrain.
  • Occasional heavy manual labor to include lifting and carrying up to 5075 pounds.
  • Regular and repetitive grasping, gripping, reaching, bending, stooping, crouching, climbing, squatting, kneeling, and working overhead.
  • Frequently works in closed or cramped spaces.

GROOMING REQUIREMENTS:


  • Once hired, all employees must maintain a wellgroomed appearance (i.e., a businesslike haircut, clean shaven (no facial hair), and no visible tattoos).
