Our client, a prestigious corporate finance boutique with multiple offices in Germany and the UK, is renowned for providing top-notch advice and premium execution capabilities to medium-sized and growing companies.

Our services are regularly utilized by family offices, private equity firms, and venture capital companies.


Responsibilities:

  • You will oversee and manage several deal teams, supporting our Managing Director in leading internal transaction teams and always prioritizing the needs of our clients.
  • You will guide transactions from the initial mandate to a successful closing, serving as the main point of contact for clients and investors throughout the process.
  • You will coordinate the teams involved in the operational implementation of deals and maintain a comprehensive overview of all important aspects of each project.
  • You will actively seek ways to improve processes and ensure the most efficient and highquality transaction process possible.
  • You will monitor the progress of transactions and strive for success in as many deals as possible.
  • You will contribute to the development of our Digital Unit alongside management and play an active role in shaping the entire department.

Requirements:

  • You have a minimum of 58 years of relevant experience in Corporate Finance/M&A.
  • You possess exceptional interpersonal skills and can effectively navigate discussions and negotiations, even in complex situations, and inspire your counterparts.
  • You have strong analytical and conceptual abilities, as well as a strong team mentality.
  • You have excellent communication skills and can effectively communicate with senior external clients.
