What you will be doing:

  • You will be the first point of contact for managers and employees in all labor, collective bargaining, and works council-related matters.
  • You will act as a proactive impulse generator and strategic advisor for HR topics in your area of responsibility.
  • You will analyze personnel key figures and, together with management, derive appropriate measures.
  • You will work constructively with internal interfaces - such as the works council or colleagues from competence centers.
  • You will actively shape the business strategy in close coordination with your HR management and derive key strategic HR action areas.
