*Energy consulting with a focus on condominium communities and private landlords (m/f/d)

With consulting expertise and passion for the climate transition


One of the main goals of this position is to develop, conceptualize, and further develop energy consulting services for this specific, new target group of BEA (according to the Bonn Climate Plan profile "Focus Initiative to Support Private Landlords and Condominium Communities" including the topic of socially responsible implementation).

The new colleague will be responsible for reaching out to and advising private landlords and condominium communities, and supporting the decision-making process for energy-efficient renovations and the use of renewable energy.

This includes practical consulting for those seeking advice (in person at the agency or at trade fairs, by phone, or via video) as well as planning and conducting presentations and further training.

Part-time

Expected working hours: 23-39 per week


Working hours:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend work possible

  • We are looking for the following skills: Expert-level professional competence, either based on a university degree (engineering, architecture, etc.) or a solid career in the trades (construction, chimney sweep) with several years of professional experience
Completion of training as a certified building energy consultant
Experience in "Energy Consulting for Residential Buildings"
Experience in consulting for condominium communities/private landlords is advantageous
