Office Manager

Your responsibilities will include:

As an office manager, you will be responsible for planning the installation technicians in the service area. You will use planning software for efficient customer scheduling and route planning.
You will coordinate end customer appointments.
You will be responsible for data interfaces with customers.
You will work closely with utility companies and act as the interface between the customer and our employees.
You will be the first competent point of contact for technicians, customers, and end customers.
You will support the team in the office with tasks such as invoice management.
