Full-time with 40 or 39.4 (for collective bargaining employees) weekly hours

Your responsibilities include:
a) Human resources
b) Organization
c) Statistics and reporting
d) Facility management
You must meet the following formal requirements:
- Qualification for the career group 2, 1st entry level of the general non-technical administrative service or the judicial service, or
- Completed bachelor's degree in public administration or a comparable field of study
- Several years of administrative experience
- Knowledge of human resources
You should possess the following professional competencies:
- Knowledge of civil service and career law, labor and collective bargaining law, personnel and committee law, as well as relevant regulations on occupational health and safety
- Proficient in using the eRecruiting tool rexx
- Knowledge of task analysis, data collection and documentation techniques, organizational management, and business process analysis
