Since 2017, we, Ernst & Lappe GmbH, have been a competent BMW dealer and a full-service partner for both BMW and MINI in Essen.

As a reinforcement for our sales team, we are looking for a


Product Genius, Online Sales BMW (m/f/d)
You represent premium products and premium service.

To sell the joy of driving, you have a wide range of models at your disposal, which always offer the latest technology and attractive design.

You ensure competent and emotional product advice regarding equipment, operation, and functionality of our vehicles. Furthermore, your tasks include conducting a qualified needs analysis for potential customers and inspiring all visitors to our dealership. You act as a competent contact person and coach for the sales team. In addition, you are responsible for accompanying test drives and conducting emotional vehicle deliveries to our customers.


Your profile

  • Experience in dealing with (premium) customers, e.g. from the service sector
  • Familiar with the latest IT, technology, and modern communication methods
  • Independent organizational talent
  • Knowledge of the BMW and MINI brands desired
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Completed commercial and/or technical training in the automotive industry
  • Class B driver's license
  • Charming demeanor and authentic appearance
  • Enthusiasm and confident communication skills in both written and spoken form
