WHERE DO WE NEED YOUR HELP

At Rocky Boy West, we are looking for someone to join our team and help us with the following:

  • Managing the entire software engineering process
  • Improving team dynamics and processes
  • Influencing product decisions

You will also be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing features that are crucial to supporting the daily decisions of our platform's users.

In addition, we are looking for someone who can spearhead initiatives and see them through to completion. This includes understanding the problems that need to be addressed, aligning the team, and guiding them to reach a consensus.

YOUR EXPERTISE

We are primarily looking for someone with experience in React and Apollo. Knowledge of PHP (or other technologies such as Golang and Python) is a plus.

We also value individuals who are comfortable with agile and iterative software development processes, and who are eager to work autonomously and independently.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are a must, and previous experience in a scale-up or start-up is highly desirable.
