As the Head of Sales Enablement, you will be responsible for implementing a comprehensive training and coaching program for our Pre Sales and Sales teams in the EU SME market.

This program will focus on role-specific responsibilities, competitive landscape, objection handling, and value propositions for our products. Your coaching will be ongoing, with a focus on improving individual performance and metrics.


What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with the Heads of Sales and Director of EU Sales to create a clear and effective onboarding plan for new team members
  • Develop an ongoing coaching model to track individual KPIs and identify areas for improvement for all EU reps
  • Utilize call listening and scoring to implement a coaching plan based on outcomes
  • Work with the Head of RevOps to align processes across all European regions and sales functions
  • Build strong relationships with Sales Team Leads and Managers to gather feedback and make improvements to the program
  • Conduct merchant audits to identify opportunities for market intelligence
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to use ICP and PMF data to prioritize outreach and increase prospect connectivity
