An easy-going family in Cedarhurst, NY is seeking a Live In Babysitter for their baby, who will do light housekeeping as well, as time allows.


Location:
Cedarhurst, NY


Schedule:
Sunday - Friday or Monday - Saturday


Salary:
$150-$160/day to start, depending on skills and experience

Responsibilities:


  • The primary job responsibility will be for the care of the family's 8 month old baby.
  • At times, you will help with the family's three older children, ages 8, 6 and 3 years old, when able, such as in the mornings as the kids prepare to leave for school, and in the afternoon and through dinner and bedtime, when the older children will be home.
  • During the day, when the baby is napping, and outside of your break time, light housekeeping will be expected.

Requirements:


  • 2+ years of professional childcare experience
  • Professional infant care experience
  • Excellent references
  • Intermediate to Conversational English language skills (fluent English not required). The mother speaks Spanish fluently, but it will be necessary to communicate with the older chiladren in English
