How you can contribute:

Processing of delivery notes
Coordination of pickup dates and volumes with the responsible freight forwarders
Coordination of the creation of shipping documents in the WMS and handover to the driver
Coordination of the administrative clearance of carriers, including the creation of loading orders and documentation of arrival and departure times
Clarification of discrepancies
Troubleshooting in case of clarification and special cases
Maintaining order and cleanliness and proper filing (IT and paper)
Forwarding of damage cases to the appropriate department
Damage analysis and prevention
Processing and documentation
