Tasks - your move:

After intensive training including seminars:

Close collaboration with the branch manager and acting as a representative
Staff planning
Professional leadership and training of the team to ensure optimal customer service
Monitoring of the local fleet in cooperation with central departments
Rental of our vehicles, including handling customer complaints
Consultation and promotion of sales of products and additional services (e.g. navigation systems)

Profile - your way:

Completed education or degree (e.g. business administration, tourism)
Ideally, professional experience in areas such as retail, hotel, or sales, with a focus on customer service, communication skills, and organizational abilities
First experience in team leadership desirable
Fluent in German and good basic knowledge of English
Driver's license class B
