  • monitor various reporting channels, identify quality deviations, and initiate immediate actions at the Munich plant and with suppliers
  • manage the process for defective parts, create process disturbance reports (PST) and initiate inspection-sorting-rework actions (PSN), and lead the error correction process with suppliers
  • prepare inspection reports, request 8-D reports, and evaluate corrective actions
  • manage orders with service providers, conduct performance acceptance, and involve the Quality Management Team
  • prepare and visualize quality data, prepare delivery dates, and serve as the primary contact for evaluation

  • have a degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification
  • have professional experience in quality management with knowledge of quality methods, successful collaboration in intercultural teams and committees, and experience in project management
  • have a solid understanding of industrial production processes and continuous improvement processes (KVP) and work processes (WPS)
  • have fluent language skills in German and English
