- Site visits to document the project status
- Meetings with County personnel
- Manage and communicate with utility companies
- Observe construction activities in the field
- Prepare and deliver bond documents to County and State jurisdictions
- Utilize computer software to organize project documents
- Generate digital copy of punch lists and associated plans to send to clients
- Support Bond Management Director and Senior Project Managers
- Review construction plans and plats
- Fill out and submit bond extensions, applications and related documents
- Request proposals from vendors and subcontractors
- Help obtain jurisdiction bond related documents and files
- At a minimum 2 years of experience in construction, homebuilding or real estate development industries
- Strong professional communicator and organizational skills
- Experience using office technology suite; Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Experience with reading construction plans
